Today marks an important moment for AdQuick, and for the future of out-of-home advertising. 

We’re proud to announce an exclusive multi-year commercial partnership with OUTFRONT Media, one of the largest and most trusted IRL media companies in the United States. As part of this collaboration, OUTFRONT will license AdQuick’s OOH sales cloud product for an initial three-year term, including an exclusivity period during that term, and will invest up to $20.0 million in AdQuick at agreed milestones.

This partnership is a shared commitment to accelerating how OOH campaigns are built, measured, and executed.

OUTFRONT’s premium national footprint, spanning roadside, transit, and digital out-of-home, combined with AdQuick’s AI-powered technology platform creates something powerful: a more seamless, data-driven, end-to-end workflow for advertisers and agencies.

Together, we’re streamlining the full campaign lifecycle: from planning to execution to measurement, with greater transparency, speed, and performance at every step.

Importantly, the partnership will not alter AdQuick’s core marketplace dynamics: AdQuick will continue to operate its marketplace on an open basis, maintaining consistent access and standard commercial terms for all participating media owners. With recent completion of SOC-2 certification, AdQuick is compliant with industry standards of data security and permissions
